During Level 3 our branch is open using a contactless service in line with the Government guidelines.
All appointments must be prearranged - Walk in appointments at this time are currently unavailable.
What you can expect from us:
- On arrival to our workshop, please wait by your vehicle until one of our technicians comes to see you. At this point we ask you step away from the vehicle for us to start the sanitising process. Please have someone from your bubble available to collect you - We will phone you once your vehicle is ready to be collected.
-We will be wearing fresh gloves for each and every job. Prior to drop off and pick-up, we will be sanitising your car key, steering wheel, touchscreens, levers, gearstick, seat belt buckles, console, door interiors and all other touchpoints. All staff will be adhering to the two-metre rule, we ask that you as customers do as well.
-We will be operating our mobile service but please note this is a limited service.
-During this time, we will not have our courtesy car available for use. You will need someone from your bubble to collect you from the front of the workshop.
Where the job is not covered by insurance - Payment is required prior to job completion by internet banking, if you do not have an account with us.
